Intended Use
Sealed, reusable cold/hot therapy gel insert used within the over-the-counter ReBound Lite™ device.
Hazard Summary
Not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under US OSHA HazCom 2012 (29 CFR 1910.1200). No signal word, hazard pictograms, or hazard statements required.
The gel is sealed within the device pouch and is not intended to contact skin or eyes, or to be ingested, during normal use.
COMPOSITION (GENERAL)
Water-based gel containing glycerin, sodium polyacrylate, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and a preservative. Contains no CFCs, HCFCs, or volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
KEY SAFETY INFORMATION
If gel contacts skin: Wash with soap and water for 15 minutes.
If gel contacts eyes: Remove contact lenses and flush with water or saline for 15 minutes; seek medical attention if irritation persists.
If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. If conscious, give 1–2 glasses of water and seek medical advice. Nausea and diarrhea are possible.
Do not puncture the sealed gel pouch.
Freeze only per the product's printed Instructions for Use (IFU).
Flammability: Not flammable (no flash point). Water-based gel.

Storage and Disposal
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Freeze the finished device only per the IFU.
